Regional Perfusion & Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC)

Regional perfusion is a technique utilised in order to treat malignancy either in a specific limb or body compartment.

This process involves the blood supply being temporarily isolated, a chemotherapy agent being heated and then infused into the specific limb or body compartment. Our perfusion team is available to work in conjunction with individual oncology departments in order to ensure the provision of this service.
